摘要
根据赭曲霉毒素A（Ochratoxin A,OTA）易溶于极性有机溶剂和碱性溶液的特性,利用碱性甲醇-水混合液提取粮食中的OTA,并通过免疫亲和柱提取纯化,采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。试验结果表明,方法改进后OTA的回收率提高到80%~96%,符合GB/T 27404—2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》规定要求。
Ochratoxin A easily dissolved in organic solvent and alkaline solution, so the method was developed for the determination of ochratoxin A in crop by high performance liquid chromatography after alkaline methanol-water mixed solution extraction, immunoaffinity column clean-up. The results showed that the average recovery rate of ochratoxin A were improved to 80%~96%. The improved method complied with specified requirements of GB/T27404-2008.
