摘要
针对超高压换流变压器在制造过程中需要耐受的不同绝缘试验的考核及在换流站运行过程中承受的不同电压种类的情况,提出建立与实际产品结构相似的计算模型,分析计算各种电场分布,总结电场分布规律,优化得出换流变压器不同的产品结构方案。
Considering the complex situations which the converter transformer must withstand different insulation test during manufacturing process in the factory and it must withstand different kind of voltages which affect on the converter transformer during the equipment operation,this paper describes the following solution:all kinds of electric field distribution can be analyzed by setting up the structure models similar to the actual products,then different structural product proposal can be optimized,so that the converter transformers can meet the requirement of ultra high voltage level,and the design structure of converter transformer can be guarantee to be the best one.
