摘要
为减少民航机务维修人员的人因差错,提升飞机维修可靠性水平,研究民航维修人员心理资本与安全感知之间的关系。基于积极心理学视角,构建个体心理资本与安全感知关系模型;以民航维修人员的年龄和期望反应作为控制变量,通过实证调查的方式获取相关数据,进行心理资本与安全感知的多层回归统计分析。研究结果表明,心理资本对安全感知有正向影响;年龄、性别、个人社会期望对安全感知有显著影响;安全氛围在心理资本与安全感知间起调节作用;维修组织中领导的心理资本高于员工。
For the sake of avoiding the human error of civil aviation maintenance personnel and improving the reliability of aircraft maintenance,the relationship between psychological capital and safety perception of civil aviation maintenance personnel was studied.Based on the perspective of positive psychology, a theoretical model was built for the relationship between the individual psychological capital and safety perception.Civil aviation maintenance personnel age and expectation response were taken as the control variables.Related data were collected by means of a questionaire survey .The relationship between the psychological capital and safety perception was examined using the multi-level regression method.The results show that the psychological capital has a positive impact on safety perception,that age, gender, and individual social expectation have a significant impact on perceived safety, that the safety atmosphere plays a regulator role between the psychological capital and safety perception play, and that the psychological capital of the leaders in a civil aviation maintenance organization is higher than that of the employees.
