基于施工流程的安全管理方法研究

Research on construction process-based method for safety management

为改善建筑业安全生产现状,提出一种土木工程与安全科学技术交叉融合的施工安全生产工艺学方法。首先以施工工艺流程为切入点,分解整个生产过程,获得包括多个工艺步骤的工艺流程图;进而分析各个工艺步骤的控制参量、输入参量和工作参量,识别工作机制潜在的风险因素,形成安全作业流程图;最后结合模板工程进行应用分析,以验证该方法可实施性。结果表明,用该方法分析安全作业流程,能获得现场危险因素各阶段变化信息,为整个生产过程的安全控制提供支持。

To solve safety issues in the construction industry, the paper was aimed at working out a construction process based safety management method. The construction processing flow diagram was decomposed into a number of processing steps to obtain the control parameters, input parameters and work parameters and identify the potential safety risk factors, eventually to form a construction processing flow chart considering work safety. A case study with template construction was conducted to verify the feasibility of the method for the practical implementation. The results show that as a result of analyzing the flow chart by the method, information on changes in the attributes can be provided to help control the whole production process safety.
