中外上市酒店效率比较研究——基于13家中外上市酒店数据

A Comparative Study on Chinese and Foreign Listed Hotel Efficiency

应用DEA中的BCC及CCR模型,针对2007—2014年中国上市酒店和国外较大规模上市酒店(简称中外上市酒店)效率进行比较研究。经研究发现:中外上市酒店总体综合效率为0.676,效率水平一般。中外上市酒店总体综合效率在2010年及2012年出现过较明显拐点。需要关注的是,国外上市酒店综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均高于中国上市酒店,其中,国外上市酒店综合效率和规模效率优势明显,分别高出中国上市酒店33.96%和26.64%。中外上市酒店产业集约化程度差异明显,国外上市酒店已进入到弱集约型阶段,而中国上市酒店尚处于中间过渡型阶段。

This paper mainly uses BBC and CCR mode of DEA method to compare the efficiency between Chinese and Foreign biggest listed hotel（hereafter referred as Chinese and Foreign listed hotel）during 2007—2014.The research finds out：Chinese and Foreign listed hotel companies complex technical efficiency is 0.676,the efficiency level seems general.The turning point of Chinese and Foreign listed hotel companies＇ complex technical efficiency appears in 2010 and 2012.We need to know that the complex technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of foreign listed hotel companies is higher than Chinese listed hotel.Among them,Foreign listed hotel companies have obvious advantages in complex technical efficiency and scale efficiency,higher than Chinese listed hotel companies 33.96% for complex technical efficiency,26.64% for scale efficiency respectively.Chinese and Foreign listed hotel companies significantly differs in industry intensive.Foreign listed hotel companies have entered low intensive development stage,while Chinese listed hotel companies have entered intermediate development stage.
