临沂配网保护整定智能管理系统开发及应用

Development and Application of the Intelligent Management System of Linyi Distribution Grid

随着智能配电网的快速发展,配电自动化系统实用化技术日趋完善,对配电开关保护整定工作的要求越来越高。针对配电开关保护整定落后、管理混乱的情况,开发了配网保护整定智能管理系统。介绍了系统架设、整定流程、计算方法等,保护定值实现与主网同质化管理。该系统不仅实现了定值的管理规范化,还保证了数据的正确性,已在临沂电网应用,并取得显著成果。

Along with the rapiddevelopment of smart-distribution of the electric power system and the practicalutilization of distribution automation, the requirements for relay coordination of the distribution terminal units are becoming higher and higher. Aiming at the situation that the protection of the distribution terminal units is backward and the management is chaotic, the intelligent management system of distribution network protection is developed. This paper introduces the system erection, setting process, calculation method, and realizes the network homogeneity management. The system not only improves the management of the fixed value, but also ensures the correctness of the data. It has been applied in Linyi Power Grid, and has achieved remarkable results.
