摘要
提出了一种运用Zigbee协议栈(Z-Stack)结合工业组态软件(MCGS),设计空气质量在线监测教学实训系统的方法。该系统以CC2530作为下位机,利用大气颗粒物(PM2.5,PM10)传感器SDS011和温湿度传感器DHT11组成分布式检测节点采集部分空气质量指标。利用Zigbee的自组无线传感网络,实现数据在上位机协调器和下位机分布节点之间的无线传输。在上位机运用工业级组态软件MCGS为检测节点开发了驱动,并贴合环境监测的标准进行数据处理,最后实现了局部区域内空气环境质量的多点分布式实时在线监测。该实训系统集成了Zigbee和MCGS工业组态软件的优势,具有开发周期短、可扩展性强、稳定性高的特点。系统已在校园环境内进行监测实训,效果良好。
A method of building an air quality monitoring system based on Zigbee Stack (Z-Stack) and industrial configuration software (MCGS) was introduced. In the system, CC2530 was used as a slave unit to collect air quality data by using a particulate matter(PM2.5, PM10) sensor (SDS011) and a temperature & humidity sensor (DHT11). Data transmission between slaver nodes and the coordinator connected to a master unit was realized, through a self-organized Zigbee wireless sensor network. The driver for the coordinate node and data pre-process was developed in MCGS according to practical environmental standard. The regional air quality in multiple spotswas monitored. The system integrated the strength of Zigbee and MCGS, and has shorter development cycle, better extensibility and stability. The system is running well in a campus region.
