分析变更效应传播的系统框架

摘要 开展变更管理对产品开发项目而言具有非常关键的意义,是受到许多学者关注的重要研究领域。在新产品开发项目中,变更的产生和引入可以为公司带来机会,变更会推动公司在其产品设计中进行创新,并以此为契机改进其设计流程、供应链管理等诸多方面。同时,变更的发生也会向产品设计过程引入潜在风险,一旦不能有效识别和处理变更,会使公司失去对产品开发项目的有效控制和管理。因此,识别变更事件发生并掌握其基本特性,具有积极的现实意义。基于提出的变更事件发生和效应传播概念模型,描述和推导感知变更事件发生及其效应传播的流程,分析变更事件及其效应传播的特性,从而为改进变更管理提供理论基础和建议。 To keep the competitive power in market, companies often faces and deals with the challenges releasing from various aspects during Product Development (PD) project, such as customer requirements, product design specifications, supply chain management, etc. One of the key research issues is change management that draws a lot of study effort from researchers. Along one PD proiect, change occurrence would bring some opportunity that might encourage the company to integrate innovation into the product design as well as the other aspects and then drive the company reconsider and improve the design solution, project process, supply chain management and so on. Meanwhile, the brought in changes would also lead in some potential risks and uncertainties that would enhance the complexity of managing projects under various constraints. Therefore, it is quite critical and meaningful for the company to identify change occurrence as well as change propagations during PD project. In this paper, we are going to propose a systematic framework for analyzing change propagations through perceiving change occurrence and propagation based on a pair of conceptual models. Relying on that, we are then to suggest some practices of analyzing change occurrence and propagations during PD projects as the theoretical contribution onto improving change management.
