摘要
文章通过调查和分析用户对市场上现有温湿度仪的使用感受及对温湿度仪改良设计的潜在需求,基于Kano模型,从基本型、期望型及兴奋型需求三方面出发,挖掘用户新诉求,根据需求层次和重要度的不同,使改良设计更符合用户心理,从而实现温湿度仪的情感化设计目标。
Based on investigating and analyzing user's feeling current hygrothermographs and potential demands to new design,this paper focuses on determining user's new and key demands by using Kano model from the aspects of basic demand expect demand and excitement demand.From different hierarchies of need,the improvement design were more suitable for user's psychology,then achieve the objective of emotional.
