血清孕酮、β-HCG及ALP水平在宫外孕诊断中的临床价值分析

The clinical value analysis of serum in diagnosis of progesterone, β-HCG and ALP levels ectopic pregnancy

目的：探讨血清孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）及ALP（碱性磷酸酶）水平在宫外孕诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年1月我院妇科收治的宫外孕60例为观察组，及同期正常早孕孕妇30例作为对照组，检测两组血清孕酮、ALP水平及β-HCG水平在宫外孕诊断中的应用价值。结果：观察组各项指标水平均明显高于对照组，差异明显（P〉0．05）；单独ALP检测宫外孕特异性高，β-HCG检测宫外孕的敏感性较高，联合检测特异性和敏感性优于单一指标，差异明显具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：在宫外孕的临床检测中，血清孕酮、β-HCG及ALP水平联合检测的价值高，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective： We aim to investigate the serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin （-HCG） and ALP （alkaline phosphatase） clinical application value in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy from January 2014to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 30 cases of normal pregnancy pregnant women was used as a control group. The serum progesterone, beta-HCG and ALP were detected and the clinical valve in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was investigated.Results： The indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, significant difference （P〉0.05） ; single ALP detection of ectopic pregnancy with high specificity, high sensitivity to beta - HCG detection of ectopic pregnancy, combined detection of specific and the sensitivity is better than that of the single index, the difference was statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） . Conclusion： in the clinical detection of ectopic pregnancy, serum progesterone, beta -HCG and ALP level detection is of high value, worthy of further clinical push Wide application.
