摘要
目的:从分子生物学特征方面对高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌进行分析,为实验室诊断提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析,收集69位肺炎克雷伯菌菌阳性的患者黏液型高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌毒力基因rmpA和aerobactin的携带率分别为72.9%和100%;最常见的血清型是K1标本,进行黏液丝试验,使用PCR方法进行荚膜血清分型和毒力基因检测。结果:37株高型,其次为K2型。结论:高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌具有一定的分子生物学特征,除了高粘液表型和荚膜血清型集中在K1或K2型之外,毒力基因rmpA或aerobactin也高表达。这些分子特征对实验室诊断高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌的参考价值有待进一步明确。
Objective: To analyze the molecular characteristics ofhypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKP) , providing ref- erence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Retrospective study was conducted for 69 medical records. String test was car- ried out to detect the hypermucoviscosity phenotype, and PCR was performed to check the capsular serotype and the virulent genes. Results: Among 37 hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumonia, the positive rate of virulent genes rmpA and aerobactin were 72.9%, 100% respectivdy. K1 was the most popular serotype, and the second was K2. Conclusion: Hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae has specific molecular characteristics, in addition to high mucoid phenotype and capsular serotypes concentrated in K1 and K2, and virulence genes rmpA and aerobactin were expressed highly. It' s not sure whether one of them can diagnose hvKP in laboratory.
