多西他塞肝动脉化疗栓塞联合灌注术治疗结肠癌肝转移的研究

Effects of hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with perfusion using docetaxel in patients with colorectalcancer with liver metastases

目的探讨多西他塞肝动脉化疗栓塞联合灌注术治疗结肠癌肝转移的疗效。方法选取在2015年9月至2016年7月我院收治的53例结肠癌伴肝转移患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(多西他塞肝动脉化疗栓塞联合灌注术,n=27)和对照组(多西他赛肝动脉化疗栓塞术,n=26)。比较两组治疗总有效率、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总体有效率为59.26%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的评分达(68.50±6.21)分,对照组为(57.20±4.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组腹泻、乏力、脱发及骨髓抑制各发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西他塞肝动脉化疗栓塞联合灌注术治疗结肠癌肝转移疗效良好,未明显增加不良反应发生率,有利于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of hepatic artery chemoembolization combined withperfusion using docetaxel in pa- tients with colorectaleancer with liver metastases. Methods 53 patients with colorectal cancer withliver metastases were recruited from our hospital from September 2015 to July2016 and were assigned to treatment group （n=27） and control group （n=26）. The treatment group received docetaxel hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with perfusion group and the control group received docetaxel hepatic arterial chemoembolization. The overall effectiveness, patients＇ quality of life and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Overall effectiveness rate was 59.26% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Patient＇s quality of life scores were low before the treatment anddid not differ between the two groups （P〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the average quality of life score in the treatment group was 68.5±6.2, which was significantly higher than in the control group （57.2±4.1, P〈0.05）. Adverse events, including diarrhea, fatigue, hair loss and bone marrow suppression, did not differ between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Hepatic artery chemoembolization combined and perfusion using docetaxel has favorable effectiveness and tolerability and improves patients＇ quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer with liver metastases.
