冠心病应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪方案治疗的可行性研究

Feasibility research of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine regimen in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的研究分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪方案治疗冠心病的可行性。方法 132例冠心病患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为联合治疗组和曲美他嗪组,各66例。联合治疗组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪方案治疗,曲美他嗪组采用曲美他嗪治疗。治疗结束后,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、全血粘度低切以及不良反应。结果联合治疗组患者的总有效率为98.5%,高于曲美他嗪组的87.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、全血粘度优切均优于曲美他嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合治疗组不良反应发生率为1.5%(1/66),曲美他嗪组不良反应发生率为13.6%(9/66),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪方案治疗冠心病疗效显著,安全性较高,可有效的缓解患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To research and analyze feasibility of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine regimen in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 132 patients with coronary heart disease were divided by different treatment measures into combination group and trimetazidine group. The combination group received atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine regimen for treatment, and the trimetazidine group received trimetazidine for treatment. After treatment, comparative analysis was made on curative effect, angina pectoris onset times, duration, whole blood viscosity low cut and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The combination group had higher total effective rate as 98.5% than 87.9% in the trimetazidine group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The combination group had all lower angina pectoris onset times, duration, and whole blood viscosity low cut than the trimetazidine group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The combination group had incidence of adverse reactions as 1.5%（1/66）, which was 13.6%（9/66）in the trimetazidine group, and the difference had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine provides remarkable effect in treating coronary heart disease, along with high safety. This method can effectively relieve symptoms and improve quality of life in patients, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
