小儿心力衰竭采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗的临床效果

摘要 目的分析磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 360例小儿心力衰竭患儿,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组180例。对照组给予常规药物进行治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠进行治疗,观察两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,对照组显效115例,有效30例,无效35例,治疗总有效率为80.56%;实验组显效139例,有效26例,无效15例,治疗总有效率为91.67%,实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠对治疗小儿心力衰竭具有显著的疗效,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To analyze clinical effect by creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of pediatric heart failure. Methods A total of 360 children patients with pediatric heart failure were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 180 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug therapy, and the experimental group received additional creatine phosphate sodium for treatment. Clinical effects in both groups were observed. Results After treatment, the control group had 115 excellent cases, 30 effective cases and 35 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 80.56%. The experimental group had 139 excellent cases, 26 effective cases and 15 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 91.67%. The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium provides remarkably curative effect in treating pediatric heart failure, and it is worth widely clinical application.
