社区高血压综合防治的效果评价

Evaluation of effect by community hypertension comprehensive control

目的研究采用综合措施防治社区高血压的临床效果,并分析总结有效措施。方法 120例高血压高危的人群进行随访治疗和研究,建立完整的健康跟踪档案记录,将所有患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组60例。干预组采取综合措施进行高血压的防治工作,对照组不进行高血压的干预,仅在疾病发生时进行治疗。观察两组患者的高血压发病率和治疗效果。结果治疗后,干预组总发病率为20.00%,对照组总发病率为38.33%,两组患者发病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对高血压发病的患者进行治疗后发现,干预组患者发病后治疗效果优于对照组,干预组治疗总有效率91.67%高于对照组的56.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合措施防治社区高血压,能够有效降低高血压的发病率,且发病后治疗有效率高,可有效保障患者的身体健康。

Objective To research clinical effect by comprehensive control measure for community hypertension, and to analyze and summarize effective measures. Methods A total of 120 hypertension patients in follow-up and study with complete health tracking data were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 60 cases in the group. The intervention group had comprehensive measure for hypertension control, and the control group received no intervention, except for treatment during disease onset. Observation was made on incidence of hypertension and curative effect between the two groups. Results After treatment, the intervention group had total morbidity rate as 20.00%, and the control group had total morbidity rate as 38.33%. The difference of total morbidity rate had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment of hypertension, the intervention group had better curative effect than the control group, and the intervention group had higher total effective rate as 91.67% than 56.52% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive measures in community hypertension control can effectively decrease morbidity rate of hypertension, along with high effective rate of treatment. This method can effectively guarantee physical health in patients.
