Application of GR-970 Refractory Scale Detergent in Industrial Boiler Cleaning

用GR-970难溶垢清洗剂在实验室分别对试剂CaSO_4和锅炉硫酸盐混合水垢进行溶垢实验研究,并在不同地域、不同水质、结生不同类型硫酸盐混合难溶水垢的工业锅炉上进行清洗应用试验,均取得良好溶垢和清洗效果,硫酸盐除垢率达到95%以上,锅炉金属清洗腐蚀率<0.5 g/(m^2·h)。

Take two types of scales for testing a new chemical detergent GR-970,one of which is calcium sulfate,the other is mixed one with CaSO_4 as the main component. In a wide range of factors including geographical areas difference,supplied water quality difference,composition structure difference of mixed scales,the detergent can all perform well when it is applied in different kinds of industrial boilers. The final result is that the mixed scale removing rate is more than 95%,and the rate of corrosion on metals is less than 0. 5 g /（ m^2·h）.
