澜沧江—湄公河合作机制与中国—中南半岛经济走廊建设

Cooperation Mechanism of Lancang- Mekong River and the Construction of China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor

澜沧江—湄公河合作机制作为一项定位准确、务实性强、执行有力的区域合作机制,为提升区域合作注入了新的活力。该机制与中国—中南半岛经济走廊都是所在国家为促进区域发展所建立的共商、共建、共享的合作形式,在合作领域上存在一些交叉和重叠。在当前背景下,中国应进一步发挥区域合作的引领作用,从"一带一路"建设高度上将中国—中南半岛经济走廊建设与澜沧江—湄公河合作机制建设有机结合,进行整体性的规划,形成优势互补、协同发展,实现中国—中南半岛经济走廊建设与澜沧江—湄公河合作机制的良性互动,使经济走廊建设取得进一步突破,推动中国—东盟互利合作。

Cooperation mechanism of Langcang- Meikong River is anregional cooperation mechanism with precise statue, strong pragmatic approach, and formidable executive force, which has injected a new energy into regional cooperation. This mechanism is same with China-Indochina peninsula economic corridor that has also established by involved countries for promoting regional development, therefore, some cooperation areas of both mechanisms may overlapped each other. Under the current background, China should further play its leading role in regional cooperation, combine both cooperation mechanism of Langcang-Meikong River and China-Indochina peninsula economic corridor from the perspective of ＂the Belt and Road＂ to conduct overall plan in order to form complementary and collaborative development, achieve benign interaction between both sides so as to further promoting the construction of economic corridor and China-ASEAN mutual beneficial cooperation.
