摘要
越南谅山省是越南一个少数民族众多的省份,少数民族干部在其干部队伍建设中扮演着极其重要的角色。谅山省少数民族干部的培养呈现出干部和女性少数民族干部较多、高层次人才少、队伍呈过度年轻化趋势、政策环境弱的基本现状,并出现了整体素质有待改善、数量分布不均衡、年轻化严重、政策有待补充完善等问题,本文对越南谅山省少数民族干部培养存在的问题和原因进行分析,提出可从丰富少数民族干部培养途径、加大培养其他少数民族干部的力度、合理选拔任用各年龄阶段的少数民族干部、完善少数民族干部培养政策等路径,对越南谅山省少数民族干部培养现状进行优化,从而进一步提升越南少数民族干部队伍的素质。
Lang Son Province in Vietnam is a province with many ethnic minorities. The cadres of ethnic minorities play an extremely important role in the construction of their cadres. The minority cadre training in Lang Son province shows that the cadre and female minority cadres are more, the high level talents are few, the team is over-younger, the policy environment is weak, and the overall quality needs to be improved, the quantity distribution is uneven, This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the minority cadre training in Lang Son, Vietnam, and puts forward that it is possible to enrich the cultivation of minority cadres by means of enriching the training methods of minority cadres, Ethnic minority cadres in all age groups, and improving the training policies for ethnic minority cadres, and to optimize the training of ethnic minority cadres in Lang Son, Vietnam, so as to further improve the quality of Cadres of ethnic minorities in Vietnam.
