摘要
目的优选退烧颗粒中黄芩苷最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验方法考察提取液最佳用量,乙醇浓度和提取时间对提取工艺的影响。测定干浸膏得率、黄芩苷含量,通过对比综合评分确定最佳提取工艺。结果退烧颗粒最佳提取工艺为10倍量60%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次2h。结论该醇提取工艺科学合理,稳定,可靠,适用于大生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Scutellaria baicalensis in Tuishao granules.Methods Orthogonal design was used to observe and study the effect of such factors as the optimal amount of extraction liquid,ethanol concentration and extracting time on the Tuishao granules.The yield of dry extract and the content of baicalin were determined.The best extraction process was determined by comparing the comprehensive score.Results The optimum extraction process of Tuishao granules was 10 times the amount of 60%ethanol,reflux extraction twice,2heach time.Conclusion This ethanol-extracting process is technologically sound,stable and feasible,and it is suitable for mass production.
