摘要
目的优选木香健胃颗粒浓缩液最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交设计试验法,以木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯总含量和出粉率、含水率为指标,选取浓缩液相对密度、进液速度、进风口温度为考察因素,优选木香健胃颗粒浓缩液的喷雾干燥工艺。结果最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为浓缩液相对密度为1.08(25℃),进液速度为20ml·min^(-1),进风口温度为170℃。结论该优选工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为木香健胃颗粒实际大生产提供试验依据。
Objective To optimize the spray-drying process for the concentrated solution of Muxiang Jianwei granules.Methods With the content of costunolide and dehydrocostus,the rate of flour yield and moisture content as indexes,and with the relative density of the concentrated solution,feeding quantity and inlet air temperature as factors,the spray-drying process for the concentrated solution of Muxiang Jianwei granules was optimized by orthogonal experiment of L9(34).Results The best conditions of the spray-drying process included a relative density of 1.08(25℃),feeding quantity of 20ml·min^(-1),and an inlet air temperature of 170 ℃.Conclusion The optimized spray-drying process is well-designed,stable and feasible.It can be used as reference for large-scale production.
