空心拉力钉与钛缆治疗髌骨骨折的临床优势

The Clinical Advantages of Hollow Screw and Titanium Cable in the Treatment of Patellar Fracture

目的探讨髌骨骨折患者应用空心钉钛缆内固定与克氏针张力带内固定的临床效果。方法空心钉钛缆组19例,克氏针张力带组22例,比较两组患者在手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症及膝关节功能评价方面的差异。结果空心钉钛缆组手术时间明显短于克氏针张力带组(P<0.01);空心钉钛缆组术后膝关节功能优于克氏针张力带组(P<0.05)。结论空心钉结合钛缆进行内固定治疗髌骨骨折不仅手术时间短,而且内固定牢靠,术后无需外固定,可以早期下床活动,术后功能恢复快,并发症少,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the and internal fixation of tension band in the treatment clinical effect of internal fixation with hollow screw titanium cable of patellar fracture. Methods The patients were divided into two groups： Hollow nail titanium cable group（ n = 19） and Kirschner wire tension band group（ n = 22） ,the two groups were compared in operation time, fracture healing time, postoperative complications and the differences of knee joint function evaluation. Results The operative time of hollow nail titanium cable group was significantly shorter than that in the ten- sion band group;the joint function in hollow nail titanium cable group was better than that in the tension band group. Conclusion Hollow screw titanium cable combined with tension band for patella fracture can not only shorten the sur- gery time, but own reliable internal fixation, and needn＇t external fixation after operation, can get out of bed early with rapidly postoperative recovery,fewer complications, it is worthy to be widely used in clinical application.
