阿托伐他汀治疗心肌梗死后无症状心衰疗效分析

The Efficacy of Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Asymptomatic Heart Failure after Myocardial Infarction

目的分析阿托伐他汀治疗心肌梗死后无症状心衰的疗效。方法2013年5月-2015年2月，选择就诊我院的心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者100例。随机分为A组50例，B组50例，均实施常规治疗。同时，A组给予20mg／d阿托伐他汀治疗，B组给予40mg／d阿托伐他汀治疗，对比干预前后两组BNP的差异以及心功能变化。结果两组干预前B型尿钠肽（BNP）和心功能无明显差异，干预后BNP以及心功能指标LVEDV，LVESD均明显降低，INEF明显提高，B组改善幅度明显高于A组（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀治疗心肌梗死后无症状心衰的效果确切，可显著降低BNP水平，改善患者心功能，但大剂量阿托伐他汀疗效更为显著。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of atorvastatin in treatment of asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarc- tion. Methods From May 2013 to February 2015,100 cases of patients with asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction（MI） were selected in the study, and were randomly divided into the group A { n = 50 } and the group B （ n = 50 ）. Routine treatment was carried out. At the same time, A group was given 20mg/d atorvastatin treatment, and B group was given 40mg/d atorvastatin treatment, the differences of BNP and cardiac function changes between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results The differences of BNP and cardiac function changes were not significantly different between the two groups before intervention, but after the intervention, BNP, LVEDV and LVESD were significantly reduced, and LVEF increased significantly. B group was obviously higher than that in group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin in treatment of asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction is precise, which can significantly reduce the BNP levels,and improve the cardiac function of patients. But the effect of high-dose atorvastatin is more significant.
