电梯抱闸线圈对地漏电自动检测方法及电路设计

摘要 针对老旧电梯抱闸线圈对地漏电引起抱闸回路控制空气开关不断开进而导致电梯发生拖闸运行或溜车问题,以霍尔传感器为检测部件,提出一种电梯抱闸线圈对地漏电自动检测方法。首先,研究电梯对地漏电机理,发现其漏电时抱闸电源正负极导线中存在50Hz交流纹波分量;其次,基于霍尔传感器设计传感器电路与信号转换电路,将对地漏电信号转化为脉冲信号;最后,设计检测电路与检测单片机程序,实现电梯抱闸线圈对地漏电自动检测。试验结果表明,本文提出方法在不同接地电阻的情况下均能准确检测到抱闸线圈漏电。 Focus on the trailer run or slide car problem of elevator resulted from the air control switch not open caused by leakage of elevator brake coiling to ground, an automatic detecting method using Hall sensors as the detection components to detect leakage of elevator brake coiling to ground was proposed. Firstly, the mechanism of elevator leakage to the ground was studied, finding that there is 50Hz AC ripple component exist in the positive and negative wire when the leakage happens; Secondly, based on the Hall sensor, a sensor circuit and a signal conversion circuit were designed, which will change the leakage signal into a pulse signal; Finally, design a detection circuit and the detection of single-chip software, to achieve the elevator holding coil to ground leakage automatic detection. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately detect the leakage of the holding brake coil under the condition of different grounding resistances.
