摘要
针对传统频段RFID模块传输距离较短、集成度不高等问题,提出一种基于PHYCHIPS PR9200芯片的微型RFID模块设计。首先,按照PR9200芯片架构设计微型RFID模块总体结构;其次,分别设计微型RFID模块的电源管理、信号输出、锁相环路和射频前端等电路;最后,考虑模块制备过程的可靠性、电磁兼容性能,开发了微型RFID模块产品。结果表明:本文设计的微型RFID模块尺寸为28 mm×28mm,最大输出功率26 dbm,对ALIEN 9662标签读写有效距离≥2m,实际功耗低于1 W。
Focusing on the problem that the traditional frequency band RFID module transmission distance is insufficient and integration is not high enough, a miniature RFID module based on PHYCHIPS PR9200 chip is proposed. Firstly, a micro-RFID module system was designed in accordance with the PR9200 chip architecture; Secondly, the power management circuit, signal output circuit, PLL circuit and RF front-end circuit of micro RFID module were demonstrated respectively. Finally, considering the reliability and electromagnetic compatibility in the process of module fabrication, the final miniature RFID module was proposed. The results show that the size of the RFID module is 28 mm × 28 mm, the maximum output power is 26 dbm, the reading and writing effective distance of ALIEN 9662 is ≥2m, and the actual power consumption is less than 1 W.
