摘要
目的比较光接触性变态反应试验2种诱导方式的敏感性。方法采用完全弗氏佐剂法和完全弗氏佐剂+20%十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)联合诱导法对强致敏剂四氯水杨基苯胺(TCSA)和弱致敏剂香豆素、硫氯酚的光敏性进行了研究。结果 2种诱导方式均能检出3种受试物的光敏性,但完全弗氏佐剂法诱导3种受试物的红斑水肿分值及阳性致敏率均高于联合诱导法;联合诱导法因诱导阶段连续涂抹SLS,动物染毒部位易出现溃烂,且易使动物对受试物原发性刺激的耐受性降低,激发浓度不易确定。结论完全弗氏佐剂法敏感性和可操作性优于完全弗氏佐剂+20%SLS联合诱导法。
Objective To compare the sensitivity of two induction methods of photocontact allergy. Methods The photo sensitivities of strong sensitizer( tetrachlorodibemzo salicylic anilineltcsa) and the weak sensitizer( coumarin and sulfar chlorophenol)were studied by complete Freund's adjuvant( CFA) and CFA + 20% sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS) combined-induction methods. Results The two induction methods can both induce the photo sensitivity of three substances,but the erythema and edema scores and positive rate induced by complete Freund's adjuvant method were higher than combined-induction methods; because of continuously applying SLS during induction phase in combined-induction methods,animals' infected areas were prone to fester and reduce the tolerance of primary irritation of the subjects,so the elicitation concentration was not easy to determine. Conclusion The sensitivity and operability of complete Freund's adjuwant is superior to CFA + 20% sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS) combined-induction.
