坚持两个毫不动摇与实现人的自由全面发展——基于马克思分工理论的视角

Sticking to the Concept of Two Aspects Without the Slightest Hesitation and Accomplishing the Free and Comprehensive Development of Human Beings——Based on the Perspective of Marx's Theory of Labor Division

生产资料所有制是社会分工和人的发展的反馈机制。文章以"分工—所有制—人的发展"为逻辑主线,首先说明我国多种所有制经济形式存在和发展的根据之一即是分工演化发展的要求和结果;其次剖析分工与不同所有制形态结合所产生的对人的差异化影响,阐述非公有制经济强制性分工引起劳动异化并导致人的片面化发展的种种表征;最后提出我国公有制经济的改革发展在较大程度上矫正了非公有制经济对人的负面影响,进而论证了坚持两个毫不动摇的前提和公有制经济为主体的条件下发展非公有制经济有利于社会的全面进步和人的自由全面发展实现的必要性和具体路径。

The ownership of production materials is a feedback mechanism of social division of labor and human development. Based on ＂labor division-system of ownership-human＇s development＂ as the main logic line, this paper firstly illustrates one of the bases of the existence and development of diverse forms of ownership of the economy is the development of labor division; secondly, the paper states the combination of labor division with the different systems of ownership differently influences the human beings, expressing that labor division under non-public sector of the economy causes labor alienation and leads to the lopsided development of human being; finally, the paper puts forward that the development and reform of the public economy restricts and corrects the negative effects on the people of non-public sector of the economy, thus demonstrates the policy of two aspects without the slightest hesitation and the development of non-public sector of the economy under the condition of the public sector of the economy as the main body is beneficial to the overall progress of society and the realization of the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
