社会资本促进制度演化的研究——从供给侧结构性改革展开

Social Capital to Promote Systematic Evolution——From Supply Side Reform

文章在供给侧结构性改革视角下,分别从三个部分分析了社会资本对制度演化作用。一是分析了社会资本如何影响制度演化;二是从制度供给的角度分析了供给侧结构性改革的必要性和重要性;三是分析了供给侧结构性改革是如何影响社会资本对制度演化作用。文章最后得出我国目前所进行的供给侧结构性改革确实会对稀缺的社会资本的积累具有促进作用,而这种社会资本积累达到一定程度时,可以使制度朝着良好的方向演化,这种制度的演化会进一步提高我国的全要素生产率的结论。

Based on the structural reform under the perspective of the supply side, this paper respectively analyzes the social capital from the three parts of system evolution. First is to analyze how the social capital influence system evolution; second is from the Angle of the system supply in supply side to analyze the necessity and importance of structural reforms; third is to analyze how the supply side structural reform influences social capital＇s effect on institutional evolution. Finally it is concluded that structural reform of China＇s current supply side does has a promoting effect on the accumulation of scarcity social capital, and this kind of social capital accumulated to a certain extent, can make the system toward the good direction evolution, the evolution of such a system will further improve the conclusion of China＇s total factor productivity.
