A Review of "The Belt and Road" Strategy

文章在各学者集思广益的研究成果基础上,对于"一带一路"战略的内涵、背景、风险挑战、推行策略等研究做了系统梳理和评述。在对文献的梳理研究之余,文章认为"一带一路"战略未来的发展方向应该是建立全球性组织协调机构与机制,协调推进"一带"与"一路"共同发展,不仅要以事实和成就打破他国对"一带一路"战略的疑虑,更重要的是实现"一带一路"战略与"互联网+"战略的互联互通。

Based on research results in various scholars, this paper makes a systematic review and comment of the connotation, background, challenges and implementation strategy of the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy. On the basis of literature review, the paper argues that the future development direction of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy is to build a coordinated global organization and mechanism in pursuit of a shared development of the ＂Belt＂ and the ＂Road＂. In addition, we should break other country＇s doubts about the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy with facts and achievements. More important is to achieve the intercormection of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy and the ＂Internet＋＂ strategy.
