The bilateral market theory is proposed to provide a trading platform as well as safeguarding the interests of all parties as counterparties theoretical system, under the guidance of this theory, the circulation industry and manufacturing are connected in series. The specialization of circulation industry and spatial agglomeration of manufacturing are of significance in mutual development, improving the degree of specialization and scale of both sides, enhancing the market competitiveness. The reason for the specialization of circulation industry and manufacturing to develop spatial agglomeration mode lies in the enterprise seeking to maximize operating profits, market demand growth and optimization of diverse industrial base and external conditions. For problems in the specialization of circulation industry and spatial agglomeration of manufacturing under bilateral market theory, this paper proposes that we must strengthen the supporting infrastructure and establish a coordinated development of both consciousness and promote the development of modern circulation industry and manufacturing.
