“全域旅游”视阙下的京津冀旅游公共服务发展研究

Study on the Development of Tourist Public Service in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Under the Perspective of Global Tourism

随着京津冀区域协同发展上升到国家战略层面,京津冀旅游公共服务的全域发展将面临巨大的机遇和挑战。文章以京津冀为研究区域,从"全域旅游"的视角,综合分析京津冀旅游公共服务全域发展的困境,提出了实现京津冀旅游公共服务全域发展的建议:全面构建开放共享的旅游公共服务全域发展环境;构建京津冀旅游公共服务全域发展的多中心治理模式;促进京津冀旅游公共服务体系建设的全域发展;提升京津冀旅游公共服务质量水平。

With the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region risen to the national strategic level, the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei tourism public services will be confronted with unknown opportunities and challenges. In this paper, from the perspective of ＂Global Tourism＂, the theory of the tourism public service integration had been synthetically analyzed, regarding Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research background. Summarizing the tourism public service supply situation and the plight in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism public service had been put forward from the coordinated development angle of view： we should establish open and shared public tourism and multiple public tourism governance mode so as to upgrade the level of tourism public service in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
