马克思的休闲思想主要涵盖休闲的意义、休闲时间的界定以及休闲内容的层次划分,是休闲问题研究的重要精神指导。充足高品质的休闲生活有助于人的全面自由发展,但目前我国高校青年教师的休闲生活现状堪忧,不仅理念不到位,而且可供休闲的自由时间严重不足,同时配套条件也不够完备。开展休闲活动需要紧密把握高校青年教师的身心特点和时代大环境,充分发挥工会组织在这方面的优势作用,加强宣传引导、加大投入和支持力度,合理规划组织,并通过更为人性化的内容设计,全面提升高校青年教师休闲生活的质与量。

Sufficient high quality leisure life contributes to the overall development of man, but the current situation of leisure life of young university teachers in our country is worrying. Not only the idea is not in place, but also leisure free time is seriously insufficient, while supporting conditions are not complete enough. Leisure activities need to closely grasp the physical and mental characteristics of young university teachers and the era environment, give full play to the advantages of trade union organizations. And it is need to strengthen propaganda and guidance, increase investment and support, reasonably plan organization, and through more humane content involved, comprehensively improve the quality and quantity of young teachers＇ leisure life.
