疏血通与依达拉奉联用方案治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效评价

The clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨疏血通与依达拉奉联用方案治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法选择2014年5月~2016年5月收治的急性脑梗塞患者98例作为此次研究对象,随机把全部患者分成对照组以及治疗组,每组分别有49例患者,对照组在常规对症治疗基础上采用依达拉奉治疗,治疗组在常规对症治疗基础上采用疏血通与依达拉奉联用方案治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组患者治疗后NIHSS评分与ADL评分要显著优于对照组与治疗前（P〈0.05）;治疗组临床总有效率是97.96%,对照组临床总有效率是79.59%,治疗组临床疗效要显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组不良反应发生率是8.16%,对照组不良反应发生率是2.04%,两组患者不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论急性脑梗塞患者应用疏血通与依达拉奉联用方案治疗具有显著临床疗效,明显改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,提高日常生活能力,且不良反应少,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction（ACI）,and provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods A total of 98 cases with ACI in Lingyuan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,49 cases with each group.Two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with edaravone,and the treatment group was treated with Shuxuetong combined with edaravone regimen.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score and ADL score in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group and before treatment（P〈0.05）; The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 97.96% and 79.59% respectively,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group were 8.16% and 2.04% respectively,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in treatment of ACI is remarkable.This regimen can significantly improve the patient＇s neurological deficits,improve the ability of daily life,and with less adverse reactions,it is worth in clinical application.
