Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of edaravone combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 88 cases with acute cerebral infarction in Liaoyang Hospital of TCM from September 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. These patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,44 cases with each group.the control group was only treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection, and the treatment group received edaravone combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection treatment regimen, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of BV,PV,Fib,PCV and NIHSS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P〈0.05); the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.91% and 72.73%,respectively,and the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions The clinical curative effect of edaravone combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is remarkable. The treatment regimen can accelerate the recovery of neurological function, improve the patient's blood rheology state,it is worth in clinical application.
