经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱肿瘤及椎体转移瘤的有效性与安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal tumors and vertebral metastases

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱肿瘤及椎体转移瘤的有效性与安全性。方法选取2013年8月至2015年10月100例脊柱肿瘤及椎体转移瘤患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成两组，每组50例。观察组给予经皮椎体成形术治疗，对照组给予开放性治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.00%，明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）；观察组手术时间、术中出血量、肿瘤症状消失时间、脊柱功能复常时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）；两组患者治疗后VSA评分均较治疗前有明显改善，但观察组下降更为显著（P〈0.01）；观察组不良反应发生率及复发率均为4.00%，均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱肿瘤及椎体转移瘤效果明显，具有创伤小、缓解疼痛迅速、费用低、复发率低等优点，值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal tumors and vertebral metastases.MethodsFrom August 2013 to October 2015, 100 patients with spinal tumors and vertebral metastases were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated by percutaneous vertebral angioplasty, while the patients in the control group were treated by open treatment. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation treatment group was 86.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. The operative time, amount of bleeding during operation, disappearance time of tumor symptoms and the recovery time of spinal function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. VSA score in the patients of the two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment, but VSA score in the observation group decreased more significantly （P〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates in the observation group were equally 4.00%, which were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.ConclusionsThe effect of percutaneous vertebral angioplasty on spinal tumors and vertebral metastasis is significant. The operation has the advantages of small trauma, rapid pain relief, low cost and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
