In a whole-station network architecture, the revolutionary change of program production process has taken place from by tape to by file. How to achieve effective supervision on the production process has become an urgent problem. This paper firstly analyzes the problems of the whole-station production process supervision in City Channel,then introduces how to design a network flow monitoring program for effectively solving this problem.
