有利于新能源接入的常规高压直流功率调节方法研究(一):方法介绍 被引量:2

摘要 功率较为恒定的常规高压直流输电方式不利于新能源的发展。高压直流输电线路所联送/受端电网距离较远,气候条件、负荷特性及电网运行条件不同,若能够根据新能源波动及两端电网实际条件确定合理的直流输电功率,则可以提高新能源消纳能力、系统运行安全性和经济性。该文基于这一思想给出了适应于大规模新能源接入的常规高压直流功率调节方法。基本思路是计划阶段,结合新能源发电功率预测和电力系统实际条件,考虑多时间尺度细化,确定直流功率计划曲线及直流两端电网发电计划,使直流功率按计划跟随;实际运行阶段,根据新能源功率波动、功率预测误差及电网运行情况,对直流功率实时调节,以应对新能源功率大幅随机波动、较大的新能源功率预测误差及其他突发事件。 The conventional HVDC transmission mode of transmitting relatively constant power is not good for the development of new energy. Since there is a long distance and there are different climate conditions,load properties and power grid operation conditions between the two power grids connected by HVDC,if it can determine the appropriate DC transfer power according to the new energy's fluctuations and the operation conditions of the two power grids,it can improve the consumptive ability of new energy,and the safety and economy of system operation. Based on this,this paper proposes the regulating method of conventional HVDC power for accepting large-scale new energy. The basic idea is that,in the planning period the HVDC power curve and the two power grids' generation schedules are coordinately determined according to the new energy generation power prediction and the power systems' actual operation conditions with considering multiple time scale's refinement,which makes DC power follow the planning. While in the real time,according to the power fluctuations of new energy,the power forecast errors and the operating conditions of the two power grids,it can achieve the real-time regulation of DC power to deal with the large random fluctuations and large forecast errors of new energy power and other emergencies.
