解读铁道行业标准《铁路应急通信系统试验方法》

摘要 介绍我国铁道行业标准TB/T 3326—2015《铁路应急通信系统试验方法》制定的背景、过程、适用范围和主要内容。在叙述系统测试模型、试验项目的基础上,重点分析应急现场设备开通时间、语音通信功能和图像通信功能、应急中心系统接入能力、图像与语音对通道质量劣化的抗干扰能力以及图像质量评估等重要技术指标的测试要求。该标准规定了铁路应急通信系统试验方法,可满足铁路应急通信系统的产品制造、质量检验、工程验收以及运行维护等。 The article introduces the background,process,applicable scope and primary coverage of the ChineseRailway Industry Standard TB/T 3326—2015 Test Methods of Emergency Communication System for Railway. Basedon a description of test models and test items of the system,it mainly focuses on the test requirements for key techni-cal indicators,such as turn-on time of field emergency equipment,voice communication,visual communication,access to the emergency center system,anti-jamming ability of image and voice against channel quality deteriora-tion and image quality assessment,etc. The standard specifies the test methods of emergency communication systemfor railway. It can cover product manufacturing,quality inspection,engineering acceptance,operation mainte-nance,etc. of the emergency communication system for railway.
