摘要
对比国内各轨梁厂热轧钢轨的主要生产工艺和设备。从监理工程师的角度,探讨钢轨生产过程的钢坯加热、轧制、预弯、矫直、检测、在线检查、精整加工、轨端淬火以及理化性能检验等各个阶段的质量控制要点和监控方法,以提高钢轨产品整体出厂质量。
The article compares main technologies and equipment adopted by rail section plants both home andabroad when producing hot-rolled rails. From the angle of a supervising engineer and to improve the overall deliveryquality of rail products,the article discusses the key quality control points and monitoring methods in each stage ofrail production,namely,billet heating,rolling,prespringing,straightening,testing,online inspection,finalfinish,rail-head quenching and physical chemical property test,etc.
