摘要
送风风道是铁路客车环境控制系统的重要组成部分,其送风均匀性直接影响客车室内温度场和速度场的分布情况,从而影响到乘客乘坐的舒适度。通过数值模拟方法设计合理的风道出风结构,再通过试验来验证各出风口的均匀性,这样可以减少设计和试验周期,避免浪费大量的人力物力。通过数值仿真和试验相结合的方法对铁道车辆通风系统进行优化,为传统硬卧车合理的气流组织设计提供参考依据。
The air duct is a key part of the environment control system for a passenger train. The air supply uniformi-ty can directly affect the distribution of indoor temperature field and velocity field of passenger train,thus affectingthe riding comfort of passengers. A rational air outlet structure is designed by numerical simulation,and then the uni-formity in each air outlet is verified via a test. In this way,it can shorten the design and test cycle,avoiding to wastemanpower and resources in testing. By combining numeric value and test,it can optimize the railway vehicle ventila-tion system,providing references for rationally designing air distribution of semi-cushioned berth sleeping cars.
