摘要
介绍了电化学氧分析仪、氧化锆测氧仪、顺磁式测氧仪等几种常用的测氧仪器,并重点介绍了离子流氧分析仪的工作原理和主要优点,对影响离子流氧分析仪测定结果和使用寿命的主要因素进行了研究和分析,并就其在果蔬贮运中的合理应用给出了建议。
This article introduced some commonly used instruments in measuring oxygen, such as electrochemical oxygen analyzer, zirconia oxygen analyzer and paramagnetic oxygen meter, and placed emphasis on the working principle and main advantages of limiting current oxygen analyzer. In the meantime, main factors which affected the accuracy and service life of limiting current oxygen analyzer were also studied and analyzed. Rational application recommendations of limiting current oxygen analyzer on storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables were presented as well.
