腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除联合肝转移瘤射频消融术与传统开腹手术的疗效对比研究

Compared with the curative effect of traditional open operation and Laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection combined liver metastases radiofrequency ablation

目的旨在探讨腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除联合肝转移瘤射频消融术与传统开腹手术的疗效对比。方法采用对照分组研究方法,收集辽宁省朝阳市第二医院普外科在2011年10月至2014年9月完成治疗的51例结直肠癌肝转移患者的临床资料进行分析,比较治疗时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、术后肿瘤复发情况及后续的治疗情况。结果试验组在治疗时间、并发症的发生率方面明显优于对照组,费用高于对照组,术后的复发情况与对照组差异无显著性。结论腹腔镜下直肠癌切除联合肝转移瘤射频消融术明显优于对照组,但术式的选择仍要坚持个体化原则。

Objective The purpose of this paper is to discuss laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection combined liver metastases the curative effect of radiofrequency ablation and traditional open operation.Method This research adopts the comparison group research method,Collected from general surgery in October 2011 to September 2014, a total of 3 years to complete the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastasis with the clinical data of 51 patients were analyzed And compare the treatment time,hospitalization expenses,the incidence of complications, postoperative recurrence and subsequent treatment. Result Experimental group in the treatment time, the incidence of complications was significantly better than the control group, the cost is higher than the control group, the recurrence after operation and the control group had no significant difference. Conclusion Laparoscopic resection combined with radiofrequency ablation for liver metastases is superior to the control group, but the choice of surgical procedure should stick to the principle of individualization.
