内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术后并发症的原因分析与护理对策

ERCP in the prevention of postoperative complications nursing countermeasures

目的探究内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(encoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography,ERCP)术后并发症,分析其原因以及护理方法。方法选取2013年7月至2015年6月于本院行内镜下逆行ERCP患者74例,并实施相应的护理对策,观察患者预后情况。结果术后发生急性胰腺炎5例、消化道穿孔1例、消化道出血1例、胆道感染2例,有针对性地对其余患者的并发症进行护理并采取有效的治疗措施后均安全度过并发症期。结论有针对性的观察和护理可以减少ERCP并发症的发生,并能够有效预防或降低并发症的发生,明显缩短患者的住院时间,提升患者对护理的满意度,提高术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the endoscopic retrograde pancreatic angiography（ERCP） postoperative complications, and analyze the causes and nursing methods. Method from July 2013 to June 2015, 74 cases of patients with postoperative complications after endoscopic retrograde ERCP examination and treatment were selected, and the corresponding nursing measures were carried out to observe the prognosis of patients. Result the complications of acute pancreatitis, 5 cases of digestive tract perforation in 1 case, 1 case of hemorrhage of digestive tract, biliary tract infection in 2 cases, take effective treatment measures for the patients with complications and complications after nursing were safe during the period. Conclusion targeted observation and care can reduce the incidence of ERCP complications, and can effectively prevent or reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time, the patient satisfaction with care, improve the postoperative quality of life.
