基于10条目韧性量表探究临床护士韧性与情绪困扰、压力负担水平的关系

10-Item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale： the relationship between the level of resilience and emotional disturbance stress burden of the clinical nurses

目的基于10条目韧性量表（CD-RISC-10）调查临床护士的心理韧性现状，探讨其心理韧性与情绪困扰、压力负荷及自我效能之间的关系。方法采用便利抽样的方式抽取广州市3所三级综合医院的449名一线临床护士，运用CD-RISC-10和Kessler 10量表（K10）、一般自我效能量表（GSES）、中文版压力负荷量表（SOS）对其进行调查。结果本群体护士CD-RISC-10总分（23.6 ± 6.7）分，K10总分（24.4 ± 8.2）分，心理健康水平较差；GSES总分（24.7 ± 5.7）分，处于中等水平；SOS总分（63.3 ± 16.6）分，个体脆弱性得分（31.2 ± 10.0）分，事件负荷得分（32.0 ± 7.5）分，处于中度压力。高心理韧性的护士（135名）一般自我效能得分高于低心理韧性的护士（134名）（t=-8.53，P〈0.01），K10、SOS得分均低于低心理韧性的护士（t=11.23、7.70，均P〈0.01）。相关回归分析结果显示，护士性别、一般自我效能、K10、SOS得分为护士心理韧性主要影响因素，共可以解释40%变异量。结论CD-RISC-10能较好反映临床护士心理韧性水平。护士的心理韧性主要受性别、自我效能的影响，并且能有效预测护士的情绪困扰以及压力负担水平，而如何提高临床护士的韧性水平则需要更多的研究。

ObjectiveTo investigate the relation among clinical nurses′ resilience, emotional, the pressure load and self-efficacy with the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale.MethodsA total of 449 nurse in Guangzhou were recruited to investigate by 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （CD - RISC - 10）, Kessler 10 Scale （K10）, General Self - Efficacy Scale （GSES）, Chinese Stress Overload Scale （SOS）.ResultsThe average score was 23.6±6.7 for CD-RISC-10 , 24.4±8.2 for K10, 24.7±5.7 for GSES , 63.3 ±16.6 for SOS ,and the individual vulnerability scoring was （31.2±10.0） points, events load was （32.0±7.5） points. High mental toughness of nurses in general self-efficacy scores higher than that of low mental toughness group （t=-8.53, P 〈 0.01）, in the K10 dated, S0S scores were lower than low mental toughness group （t=11.23, 7.70, P 〈 0.01）. Nurse relevant regression analysis results showed that gender, general self-efficacy, K10 dated, SOS as the main factors influencing nurses mental toughness, could explain 40% of variances.ConclusionsThe CD - RISC-10 can better reflect the level of clinical nurses′ resilience, and the gender, self-efficacy were the main effects, as well as effectively predict the nurses′ emotional distress and stress level. However how to improve the toughness of the clinical nurses need more research.
