康复干预项目措施对100例恢复期精神分裂症患者影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Intervention on 100 Cases of Schizophrenia Patients in Recovery Period

目的:探讨康复干预项目措施对100例恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:对100例恢复期精神分裂症患者在药物治疗的基础上进行心理治疗、音乐治疗、行为治疗、文娱治疗、健康教育等康复干预措施。分别用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)对患者的社会功能、症状改善情况、日常行为表现进行评定和比较。结果:在为期3个月的康复干预项目管理后,WHOQOL-BREF各个项目的评分指标较前有显著改善(t=-2.083^-5.135,P<0.05),其中在精神健康状态、身体健康状态、社交能力3个因子上,各项分值显著升高;PANSS总评分及各项因子分与干预前相比显著下降(t=2.856~7.156,P<0.05);NOSIE的各项因子分中,个人卫生、社会能力评分较干预前显著改善(t=-2.275,-3.583;P<0.05),退缩和激动、抑郁较干预前显著降低(t=5.246,2.864,4.564;P<0.01),而精神病理和社会兴趣表现与干预前相比差异无显著性。结论:康复干预项目措施能够很好地促进全面康复,有利于回归社会。

Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention program on 100 cases of schizophrenia patients in recovery period.Methods：On the basis of drug treatment,100 cases of schizophrenia patients was treated by psychological therapy,music therapy,behavior therapy,entertainment therapy,health education and other rehabilitation interventions.Evaluation and comparison were taken respectively by the World Health Organization Quality of life for the determination of the amount of short form（WHOQOL-BREF）,the amount of positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）,and nurse for inpatient Observation Scale（NOSIE）on the patient＇s social function and symptoms to improve the situation,daily behavior performance.Results：In the management of rehabilitation intervention after 3 months,WHOQOL-BREF score index of each project had improved significantly than before（t=-2.083^-5.135,P〈0.05）,the scores in the mental health status,health status,social ability increased significantly;The PANSS total score and factor scores compared with before intervention decreased（t=2.856~7.156,P〈0.05）;The NOSIE factors,personal hygiene,social ability scores were significantly improved（t=-2.275,-3.583;P〈0.05）,withdrawal and excitement,depression was significantly lower than before intervention（t=5.246,2.864,4.564;P〈0.01）.And the spirit of pathology and social interest was no significant different compared with that before the treatment.Conclusion：Rehabilitation intervention measures can promote comprehensive rehabilitation,and is conducive to return to society.
