大学生宿舍人际关系、学习适应与学业成就 被引量:27

Relationship among Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship,Learning Adaptability and Academic Achievements of Undergraduates

摘要 目的:了解大学生的宿舍人际状况,探讨大学生宿舍成员间人际关系状况、学习适应与学业成就之间的关系。方法:通过随机取样方法选取146名河南某高校大一、大二、大三年级学生为测查对象,采用大学生宿舍人际关系质量调查问卷、大学生学习适应问卷(ULAQ)进行施测。结果:(1)男女生在自主学习维度上存在显著差异(t=2.06,P<0.05);(2)一年级个体的人际扰他得分要显著高于二、三年级(P<0.05);(3)文理科在学习适应量表里的自主学习维度上存在显著差异(t=-2.25,P<0.05);(4)宿舍人际关系、学习适应与学业成就之间两两相关且相关显著(r=0.21~0.52,P<0.05);(5)学习适应在宿舍人际关系与学业成就之间起中介作用(ab=0.13)。结论:人际关系与学习适应能力对大学生学业成就有显著影响,学习适应在宿舍人际关系与学业成就之间发挥着一定的中介作用。 Objective:To explore the interpersonal condition and the relationship between interpersonal interaction,learning adaptability and academic achievements.Methods:146college students were recruited for the study to answer a series of anonymous questionnaires as undergraduate students' dormitory interpersonal quality questionnaire,college students' learning adaptability questionnaire(ULAQ).Results:(1)Gender differences in autonomous learning dimension of learning adjustment scale remained significant(t=2.06,P〈0.05);(2)The freshman scored poorer in the interference dimension of dormitory interpersonal relationship than the others(P〈0.05);(3)There also existed significant difference on the autonomous learning factor(t=-2.25,P〈0.05);(4)What's more,the pairwise correlation between the three of dormitory interrelationship,learning adaptability and academic achievements were all significant(r=0.21~0.52,P〈0.05);(5)Mediating effect test demonstrated that learning adaptability played a partially intermediary role between college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship and academic achievements(ab=0.13).Conclusion:The academic achievements can be influenced by interpersonal relationship in dormitory and the ability of learning adaption,and the learning adaptability mediateds the relationship between the other two factors.
