负性生活事件对生活满意度的影响:解释性乐观的调节作用

Explanatory Style Moderates the Relationship of Stressful Life Events and Life Satisfaction

目的:探讨乐观对负性生活事件与生活满意度关系的影响。方法:采用随机整群分层取样法抽取385名大学生参加青少年生活事件量表、解释风格问卷和生活满意度问卷的调查。结果:(1)总应激量与生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.20,P<0.01),其中人际因子、学习压力和健康适应因子与生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.18,-0.25;P<0.01;r=-0.12,P<0.05);消极事件解释风格与生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.11,P<0.01);(2)负性生活事件与乐观的交互作用对生活满意度影响显著(F=7.04,P<0.01)。结论:解释性乐观是负性生活事件与生活满意度间的调节变量。

Objective：To study the relationship among stressful life events,explanatory style and life satisfaction.Methods：385university students participated in this research and completed three scales which were the scale of adolescent life events,the attributional style questionnaire and life satisfaction scale.Results：（1）Stressful life events was negatively associated with life satisfaction（r=-0.20,P〈0.01）;Composite score for explanations of bad events（CN）was negatively associated with life satisfaction（r=-0.11,P〈0.01）.That was to say,the more optimistic in explanatory style,the more life satisfaction.（2）Explanatory style moderated the relationship of stressful life events and life satisfaction.Conclusion：Explanatory style is a moderator between stressful life events and life satisfaction.
