University Community Members Perceived Organizational Support,Psychological Ownership and Its Relationship with Psychological Contract Violation and Leaving Group Orientation

摘要 目的:为了探讨高校社团成员组织支持感、心理所有权与心理契约违背、离团倾向的关系,为今后大学生社团管理活动提供帮助。方法:采用组织支持感量表、社团心理契约量表、心理所有权量表和离团倾向量表对273名大学生进行调查。结果:社团性质(F=18.593,P<0.001)、社团规模(F=5.451,P<0.01)对社团成员离团倾向均有影响;高校社团成员组织支持感与离团倾向呈显著负相关(r=-0.475,P<0.001),心理所有权与离团倾向呈显著负相关(r=-0.537,P<0.001),心理契约违背与离团倾向呈正相关(r=0.141,P<0.05),组织支持感与心理契约违背呈负相关(r=-0.181,P<0.01),心理所有权与心理契约违背呈负相关(r=-0.244,P<0.001);社团成员心理所有权在社团成员组织支持感与社团心理契约违背之间起到完全中介作用,社团成员心理所有权在组织支持感与离团倾向间起到完全中介作用。结论:社团成员心理所有权在社团成员组织支持感与离团倾向、社团心理契约违背间起到完全中介作用。 Objective:To discuss the community members perceived organizational support,psychological ownership and its relationship with psychological contract violation and leaving group orientation,helping college students' community management activities in the future.Methods:A total of 273 college students were selected to be investigate with the perceived organizational support scale,community psychological contract scale,psychological ownership scale and leaving group orientation scale.Results:Prevalence of college students' leaving group orientation differed among the nature of community(F=18.593,P=0.000),community scale(F=5.451,P〈0.01).There was a significantly negative correlation between university community members' perceived organizational support and leaving group orientation(r=-0.475,P〈0.001),the correlation between psychological ownership and leaving group orientation was significantly negative(r=-0.537,P〈0.001),the correlation between psychological contract violation and leaving group orientation was positive(r=0.141,P〈0.05),the correlation between perceived organizational support and psychological contract violation was negative(r=-0.181,P〈0.01),the correlation between psychological ownership and psychological contract violation was negative(r=-0.244,P〈0.001);Community members psychological ownership had a completely mediating effect between perceived organizational support and psychological contract violation.Community members psychological ownership had a completely mediating effect between perceived organizational support and leaving group orientation.Conclusion:Community members psychological ownership has a completely mediating effect between perceived organizational support and leaving group orientation,psychological contract violation.
