合肥市“后毕业时代”租房调研及对策研究

The Rent and Countermeasure Research about Post-Graduated in Hefei

文章以合肥市毕业1-3年的大学生为调查对象,基于访谈与问卷调查等,总结出"年龄段较集中、恋校情结较浓、高学历低收入、租房比重大且房型多"是"后毕业时代"的基本特征,其租房过程中主观方面存在"法律意识淡薄、择房能力弱"两个问题,客观方面存在"租金不稳定、环境不理想、房源不充足、管理制度不完善、社会关注度不够"五个问题。针对问题,对"后毕业时代"自身意识强化及相关部门在规划选址、户型设计、房源保障、租金控制等方面提出建议,以解决"后毕业时代"的租房问题。

The object of this study is college students of first to third grade.The method of the study is interview and questionnaire survey. The conclusion is that students who have graduated are characterized by that ages relatively concentrate,students always don＇t want to leave their colleges,those with high academic qualifications earn little and the most of the students need to rent many kinds of houses. Subjectively,there are two problems when they rent houses.Firstly,they have faint legal consciousness.Secondly,they don＇t have enough ability to choose a house. Objectively,the rent is not fixed.They are not satisfied with the environment and don＇t have enough houses to rent.What＇s more,the management isn＇t perfect and society doesn＇t pay enough attention to them. To settle these problems,this study gives suggestions on strengthening self-consciousness of post-graduated students and relevant departments planning to choose places,designing housing type,ensuring enough houses,controlling renting expense to settle the problems of renting houses for post-graduated students.
