文章是在住宅产业化发展形势下,对山东省集合住宅特点、集合住宅土建装修一体化需求与设计内容进行了分析。并以济南市某高层住宅室内设计与施工为实例,依托现有施工技术手段,研究总结了北方住宅室内土建装修一体化的思路、方法、问题及解决途径等。旨在以点带面,唤起住宅产业化中对室内装饰装修部分的重视,完善设计方法,为住宅产业的进步进行有益探索和支持。

The article analyze the feature of amalgamated dwellings, demand of decoration integration of amalgamated dwellings in Shandong province. Taking an Interior design of high-rise apartment in Jinan for an example,relying on the existing construction technology, study and summarize the method, issue,solution of civil and decoration integration of amalgamated dwellings in the north. The research are intended to pay more attention to the interior design, improving and perfecting the design method, providing support and valuable probe.
