摘要
笔者认为要用城乡一体化的思路探讨城市与农村的养老问题,城市近期选择家庭养老模式,远期发展家庭养老、社区养老、机构养老相结合的以及多种养老模式并存的模式发展;农村近期选择家庭养老模式,远期选择家庭养老和社会养老相结合的模式。文章还对城市涉及养老设施的标准规范进行了评析,对这些标准规范进行了衔接和修改,同时对城市和乡村的养老设施规划配置提出了具体建议。
